Online gown purchase
Gowns purchased online require 16 weeks for construction. When ordering your gown please ensure you allow enough time for the construction of your gown and shipping.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes or customs where applicable. Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery information and ensure this information is accurate.
Domestic & International
We offer free postage in UK & International wide and ship with FedEx, UPS, DHL Couriers.
We take no responsibility for incorrect shipping details. If incorrect details have been submitted we suggest that you contact us immediately via email.
Delivery address cannot be changed or cancelled once order(s) has been dispatched.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
BIEL Bride does not offer any refund or exchange on any gown as they are made to order.
BIEL Bride takes exceptional pride in the quality of our services and products. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product please email us with images and a detailed description of the fault. From here we will assess whether an exchange or refund will be issued.
Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty, we regret postage fees and rush fees cannot be refunded. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
